By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the anuspin9 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use the anuspin9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of anuspin9, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with anuspin9 or any other gaming operator.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If anuspin9 discovers that you do not meet these requirements, your account will be suspended immediately and any winnings may be forfeited.

To access the full features of the anuspin9 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are prohibited from providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration process.

• One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on anuspin9. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your anuspin9 login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify anuspin9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. anuspin9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.
• KYC Compliance: anuspin9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time.
• Account Accuracy: You must keep your account information up to date. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay withdrawal processing or result in account restrictions.

anuspin9 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• anuspin9 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds are credited to your anuspin9 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• anuspin9 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance and used in gameplay.

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The current minimum is displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after your account has completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• anuspin9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for details.
• anuspin9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed.

anuspin9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• anuspin9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the anuspin9 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently tested and verified for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate representations of long-term statistical averages.

• Players must not use any software, tool, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, anuspin9 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Game history and transaction records are maintained by anuspin9 and shall be considered the authoritative record in the event of any dispute.
• Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the anuspin9 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or other forms of game manipulation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing anuspin9 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction after funds have been used in gameplay.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from anuspin9.
• The anuspin9 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of anuspin9. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, anuspin9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

• anuspin9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• anuspin9 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
• In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, anuspin9's total liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

anuspin9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that anuspin9 reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

anuspin9 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

anuspin9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
